• We take payment plans

• Payment plans may be worked out for every individual.

• We don't accept payment plans of less than $100 weekly for larger pieces, $50 for smaller pieces

• We don't accept payment plans for small tails or flat paws

• Downpayment must be AT LEAST 30%.

• We do not accept returns.

• If commissioning smaller parts, we will not begin until we are paid in/near the full payment.

• Downpayment is nonrefundable.

• Refunds will be determined based on how far along the suit is.

• Quotes can be given upon request but we can deny you a commission if we believe we are not yet capable of your design/specific requests.

• FandomChild Creations reserves the right to cancel any commission if we feel that a client is uncooperative, inappropriate, threatening, or if we’ve been unable to contact the client for more than 15 days while the commission is in progress, and a refund will not be issued of any kind. 

•  We reserve the right to complete the canceled project any way we choose and sell it at auction.

• If any last minute changes are added/requested, it may stall progress for a period of time, though you should avoid any last minute changes. If changes are requested more than once, you will be charged a $25 fee.

• A (SFW) reference sheet of your character is needed to give you a quote. This needs to be an up to date reference sheet which clearly displays the face, tail, front, and back of the character, as well as any complex markings.

• Any features you want to have included on the fursuit must be clearly visible in your artwork. 

• All Duct Tape Dummies must be made durably, and cut neatly. If it is not done properly, we may add a fee for the extra repairing work.

• You must be 18 with ID or give proof of parental consent.

• We will not work with someone under 13.

• We will not make "specifically placed holes"

• We will not tolerate rudeness, or harassment and we have the right to blacklist you if deemed necessary.

• We do not work with deadlines unless we specify one ourselves, however they are subject to change.

• Shipping prices are not included with quote prices unless specified
